This data record clearly provides teachers with the information needed to adjust teaching practices. This will also help teachers interpret students' learning thus far. I liked that this is hand-written, where teachers can effectively record data without any delay. This will keep the data accurate and reliable of students' achievement. Teachers can also easily use this data as evidence to inform parents and students of their learning progress. This is definitely a great tool that is easy and efficient to record students' progress. Nicely done, Anthony!

Hi Anthony,

This is a great way to record students progression through the maths multiple disciplines. It can be easily recorded throughout lessons being handwritten, ensuring nothing is forgotten as it is all done on the spot. It is a great tool to refer back to after a lesson in preparing for the next in order to determine where some students may need some additional help. This can be used during report writing too. I just had a question out of curiosity when there are dots and blank squares what does that mean? Student was away etc? Great work!

A simple, yet effective means of keeping track of student's progress. I like that it allows the teacher to document progression in a quick manner that doesn't require time to sit down and write comments, just objective data. Perhaps colour coding data would help for ease of interpreting? Green for students who are grasping the concepts, orange for those who "kind of" have it and red for those who require more help?

This reporting tool was well thought out and organised. I liked how the students names and progress/ marking was all set out on one page which gives you a clear view of how the class as a whole has performed. Simple, effective and convenient to record objective data.
