Hi Toneya,

This is an excellent lesson sequence and inquiry project you have created. The objectives are clear and each lesson is linked back to these. The lessons seem very engaging as well as informative. The use of assessments throughout the lessons is very clear and is a great indication of how students are progressing.

The inquiry questions that you highlighted at the end of the lesson are a great way to group back the students' learning and gauge their understanding whilst promoting discussions and critical thinking.

You have also used some cross curricular links with English with the writing lesson in Lesson 10 which is a great way to show students how learning can be inter-linked with each other rather than one off lessons that don't seem relevant after they are done.

Did you get a chance to implement any of these during your previous placement or are you looking forward to using this lesson sequence in the future? Would you change anything about it after you have been in a classroom?

Sara
