Reflection

The first artefact displays my engagement with constructive feedback from supervisors and other teachers to improve teaching practices. This observation form was conducted by another senior teacher who was not my designated supervisor teacher, as I asked whether he'd be willing to complete some observation while we team-taught within a lesson. This demonstrates initiative and my eagerness to seek feedback for continual improvement. After the completion of the lesson, I engaged in a debrief session where the observing teacher discussed what I thought I did well and what I thought could be areas for improvement. We discussed some simple and practical strategies to demand attention from whole class.
