COVID-19 Risk Minimisation Protocol

Reflection

With the assistance and overlooked by the Sportsmaster, the artefact is an excerpt from the College's COVID-19 RIsk Minimisation Protocol for Summer Sport 2020/2021 season. This document was sent to both home and away parties which included all players, parents, spectators, coaches, managers and medical staff attending the fixtures.

This artefact clearly demonstrates an understanding of pre-planning required to support and maintain all students' (and relevant stakeholders) wellbeing and safety in organised school sporting fixtures within the COVID-19 pandemic. A key strategy employed to effectively generate such a document is risk minimisation and site assessment, whereby the venue(s) are assessed on their level of risk and the location of facilities/amenities to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all students/stakeholders while on the College premises.
