What

This evidence is two mentor reports from both blocks, which formed second year prac.

So What

This evidence shows my mentor observed me reporting to student about their learning achievements within the classroom setting. In addition, I reported to her about student progress by the end of each lesson.

Improvement

To improve in this standard and meet graduate level, I will endeavour to more actively assess students' achievement within my upcoming third year placement. Where possible, I will also observe verbal and written communication to parents/carers. Furthermore, I will take note of effective record keeping systems and strategies.
