This is evidence from a mentor report from the first block of second year prac.

So what

This evidence shows my mentor observed me use formative assessment to assess and improve student learning.

Improvement

To improve in this standard, I will endeavour to more actively assess students' abilities within my upcoming third year placement.

Good, maybe adding the evidence of your formative assessment would help lift this artefact. But overall great feedback from your mentor.

This is a great inclusion to your portfolio. It demonstrates a good understanding of assessment and reporting, plus shows you have considered different types of assessment in the classroom. Some examples of this moving forward would make this artefact even more effective.
