This evidence, completed as part of an assessment for a professional placement within my degree, exemplifies my understanding of my obligations as an educator, relating them to the code of conduct in my state, Western Australia.

This code provides a key framework by which to work, offering clear outlines of what is expected of me, such as being respectful in the workplace, maintaining professional boundaries, and maintaining accurate and relevant records as part of my work.

As I experience more in the classroom, I will look to this code of conduct for guidance in practical situations when I am unclear of expectations of me.
