These two artefacts from my mentor teacher allow me to demonstrate my ability to meet this standard, which fundamentally is most applicable in the classroom. 

I have not been afraid to continue to research content areas to ensure that I am providing the best teaching I can.  I have developed my teaching strategies according to the classes that I have worked with, using my knowledge of the students to understand what works best for them.

Going forward, I realise I will uncover more areas where my knowledge needs extending.  I feel confident in my reflective practice that I will be able to identify this and pursue research or professional learning to improve upon weaknesses, whilst demonstrating to my students that we are all lifelong learners.
