The first artifact here is my Pedagogies for Diversity assessment, which presents a case study where I looked into modifying learning objectives that suit their learning needs with a diagnosis of ASD.

The second artifact shows the challenge cards I used during my third placement. The class had a wide range of abilities for maths, with a small group being able to work independently and quickly on the prepared tasks. By having the additional challenge cards I was able to provide them with further challenges without needing to disrupt the teaching I was doing with the students that needed more support. 

Set learning goals that provide achievable challenges for students of varying abilities and characteristics.
