This page is dedicated to feedback from both my mentor teachers and my supervisors that relate directly to this standard. 

Rationale - Supervisor feedback

The two feedback reports from supervisors, provide evidence of planning and implementation of effective teaching and learning throughout prac 1 and 3. The supervisors state the lessons were clearly planned, that my teaching was focused on student learning and various strategies were effective. A few areas for further development was confidence in front of the class, which has already grown throughout pracs and some small areas in the lesson could have been modified. Overall the supervisors observations were positive and verbal feedback confirmed they were impressed with my teaching practice and encouraging for my future as a teacher.
