Hi Anita,

Wow I love the layout of your portfolio and how you have included the evidence, best practice and what your next steps are. I wonder though if it would be worth gathering more evidence and not just using the two artefacts for all the sub standards as it can get tricky having to go back and forth from pages to see the evidences. Your reflections though make you page stand out and show you have really thought about not only your student learning but also your own.

Hi Anita,

I really like that you've clearly addressed how your evidence has met the standards and what you plan to do in the future to develop your instruction. I would love to have seen this lesson plan.

Thanks so much.

Hi Anita,

You have put a lot of effort into your portfolio, it is excellent. I really like your 'home' page.

You have great artefacts, I personally think they would be best on the same page as where you have written your comment, save having to move forward and back between pages.

For this standard, you have included references in the 'Meeting the standards' section which is excellent, but I can't see a reference list for these references.

Having a 'Next steps' section is a very good idea as it demonstrates how you plan to improve yourself as a teacher.

All the best,

Karleigh
