What?

During my second professional experience unit I was tasked to create a low stakes diagnostic assessment and associated marking key. The assessment was to address core concepts of the Australian Curriculum in science. I assessed five students and, in consultation with my mentor teacher, evaluated students understanding of the concepts. The report presented here describes the assessment and the marking, moderation and reporting processes undertaken (5.1, 5.3, 5.4, 5.5, 6.3).
