As part of my first unit of initial teacher education I created a positive learning framework plan. This plan includes my philosophy on student ability and the role of the teacher, a classroom management model, preventative strategies and corrective strategies (1.1, 3.5, 4.3, 4.4).

4.3 Manage challenging behaviour.

4.4 Manage student safety.
